REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you received a defective item please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a replacement.
Please be aware that the windows and doors being sold on this site are based on your size selection at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any size selection order error on the part of the customer and no refund will be given because of the customer’s size selection error.
Any product purchased that is delivered damaged or found to be defective through no fault of the customer will be repaired or replaced by Impact Windows Center at no cost to the customer.
A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com to request and receive an RMA.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
