I was somewhat apprehensive about ordering my replacement windows online, but my experience with Impact Windows Center was flawless.
From my initial inquiry to final payment, the communication was friendly, fast, and the attention to detail was outstanding.
I started out looking at CGI aluminum windows but ended up with PGT Energy Shield vinyl windows. IWC was more than willing to quote and requote my windows multiple times as we went through the decision process.
IWC's price was significantly less than quoted by a local company, and the windows were delivered in perfect condition and sized exactly to our specifications.
We just finished the install and are very satisfied with the final result...
